The South County Hospital Anticoagulation Management Service is the only pharmacist-directed clinic in southern Rhode Island dedicated to the assessment, monitoring, and education of individuals taking anticoagulation medications such as Coumadin® (warfarin), a commonly prescribed blood thinner.

The Center for Women’s Health is a leading center of excellence for women’s care. The board-certified physicians, physician assistants, registered nurse practitioners, and certified nurse midwives at South County Health’s Center for Women’s Health offer expert care and support for women through all phases of life – from teenage and childbirth years, through menopause and beyond.

Our South County Health Express Care clinics, located in the East Greenwich, Warwick, and Westerly Medical & Wellness Centers, are here to accommodate your busy lifestyle. We are open seven days a week, including evenings, and staffed by highly-trained medical professionals that include board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Our team is dedicated to providing you with quality and compassionate care. All major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted at Express Care.
South County Hospital Endoscopy Center and the experienced, board-certified physicians of Gastrointestinal Medicine Associates, Inc. offer the most innovative technologies and the most effective treatment options for a variety of conditions that effect the digestive system, including the stomach and intestines.
South County Health's General Surgeons are expert in the diagnosis and care of patients with diseases affecting the abdomen, digestive tract, endocrine system, breast, and skin.
You’re in good hands with a South County Health hospitalist, an advanced practice clinician or board-certified physician in charge of your care when you are admitted to South County Hospital. Hospitalists are trained in internal medicine or family medicine, and devote their practice to the care of hospitalized patients. They work closely with nurses and other in-patient caregivers as an integrated patient-care team.
Infection Prevention at South County Health is led by Brian Cilley, DO. The Infection Prevention & Control department performs a wide variety of surveillance for South County Health and the community, including the prevention of multidrug resistant organisms (MDROs), Clostridium difficile infections (CDI), surgical site infections (SSI), device associated infections, influenza vaccination rates, and hand hygiene compliance.
South County Health’s accredited medical laboratory provides diagnostic laboratory testing and phlebotomy services for outpatients.
South County Hospital’s board-certified nephrologists provide specialized care for patients diagnosed with a kidney disorder or high blood pressure.
